Hi, my name is Sue and I live in Sileby, Leicestershire. I have been breeding mini lop rabbits for show purposes since Easter 2010. I have also started to breed dwarf lops for showing and now my husband, Richard, has been bitten by the bug and joined Lanes Rabbit Stud and has his own polish rabbits to breed and show. We are members of the British Rabbit Council, National Mini Lop Rabbit Club, National Dwarf & French Lop Club, Midland Mini Lop Club, Yorkshire Lop Club and National Polish Rabbit Club. We show our rabbits most weekends and have met some lovely friends through our rabbits.
I am breeding rabbits to show but will occasionally have rabbits for sale, both babies and adults.
I am concentrating on blacks and blues in selfs and otters in mini lops and orange, fawn and sooty fawn in dwarf lops. The polish rabbits are REWs.
We also have four dogs, Max a black labrador, Skippy a working sheepdog, Ruby a cocker spaniel and our latest addition, Jess our Springer spaniel pup. Added to this, we have four cats, all youngsters and some gold fish, so quite a menagerie that keep us extremely busy.
